The programme

On Tuesday, September 20, the main campus around Solbjerg Plads and Kilen will be transformed into a running arena once again!

The relay track of 2.4 km is to be completed by each of your team of 4 runners. Race start is at 16.00, and the Start and Finish Line is in front of Kilen’s North Entrance.

Start Numbers for runners can be picked up starting 13:00.

A collective Warm-Up Session together with CBS Running and CBS Sport Panther starts at 15:30.

Volunteers and relay participants will get free snacks and water to replenish their energy while fans and spectators will refresh themselves with beer from a beer dispenser that will be set up. There will be lots of attractive prizes, ranging from coupons for free drinks and food to a watch, bowling as well as go-kart vouchers. The prizes will not only reward the fastest runners, but also creative talents and the likes. Don’t miss the chance to claim these fat prizes, and sign up!


Volunteer crew

We are also looking for volunteers for this huge event, in which we expect more than 50 teams to participate. It is a great opportunity to learn about event preparation, meet new people and boost your CV. You will also get a t-shirt as being part of the Volunteer Team!

There are a lot of different tasks that has to be done on the day of the CBS Sport Campus Relay and the event coordinators are looking for volunteers to help out with these tasks.

The different tasks are:

  • Setting up and taking down the relay route (before and after the relay)
  • Standing on the route guiding the participants (during the relay)
  • Handing out running numbers, batons and t-shirts (before the relay)
  • Handing out sandwiches and water (during the relay)
  • Cleaning up (after the relay)

So why should you volunteer:
