In CBS Sport social activities are a must! It is necessary with social activities to create a good sports environment in CBS Sport.
As a new initiative there will be a social responsible person for all teams in CBS Sport. As a new initiative there will be a social responsible person for all teams in CBS Sport. The role of the social responsible is to make sure to send out information from CBS Sport to the players, collect players’ fees, enroll new members and plan parties and other small tasks. This will make it much easier for the volunteers in CBS Sport, and it will be more personal when the information and social gatherings are coming from a person you already know. So if you haven’t already picked out a social responsible person for your team, it is a must to do it soon! More info will come.
In CBS Sport social activities are a must! Since there is such a high turn-over in the different sports and on all the teams, social activities are a must to make a good sports environment in CBS Sport. As you may know, we both have bigger events like the annual Xmas party (the 28th November), picnics, summer parties and much more. But there are also several other events on the various teams.
The women’s football team hosted a ‘fine box’ party in September, where they used the money collected throughout the season for a big party. The rugby teams have also had several events on the teams, including a pub-crawl. The women’s handball team has an upcoming party.
To kick off the season in the right manner, CBS Sport Women’s handball team are hosting a party for all the female handball members in October. Further more the teams are planning a teambuilding day, with different sporting activities and much more.
The women’s basketball team has a teambuilding party coming up the 30th of October. So far almost all 22 girls are attending the event, where there will be numerous teambuilding tasks in order to get to know one another. The event also includes a big dinner and a common bar, ending with a night out in town. For all the basketball teams – (4 men and 1 woman) there will be a basketball tournament in media January – also with teambuilding tasks and mixed team matches. Probably also ending with something including alcohol.
CBS Sport Floorball will host a X-mas Floorball tournament for teams from the Danish 2nd and 3rd division on December 19th, 2009
CBS Sport encourage all sports teams to make social events and to participate in the common events – and with the new up and coming website, which will have some of Facebook’s great features, it will become so much easier for the social responsible to plan parties, trips and other events.
