Terms and conditions for the purchase of memberships, events and items in the CBS Sport online store (webshop).
Membership fees normally cover membership in CBS Sport for one semester, but may vary depending on the chosen sport. Information on the membership fees can be found on www.cbssport.dk under the chosen sport with reservations for spelling mistakes and price changes.
Establishment of membership in CBS Sport happens immediately after the order. Details thereof will be sent by email after order. Validation of the payment and the fixing of the membership expiration on the website is done manually by the CBS Sport Administration. In the beginning of a season, one may expect up to two weeks of processing time.
If a team or a sport in exceptional cases does not achieve the needed amount of members, CBS Sport reserves the right to not create the particular team/sport and pay back the membership fee to the particular members.
Information about merchandise can be found on www.cbssport.dk/merchandise with reservations for spelling mistakes and price changes.
Shipment will be made to the CBS Sport Office at Solbjerg Plads 3, 2000 Frederiksberg. When the item is delivered, the CBS Sport Administration will send an email to the purchaser and the item can hereafter be picked up at the office during opening hours (see opening hours on cbssport.dk).
The costs of shipment will be borne by CBS Sport (thus providing free shipment for purchasers) unless stated otherwise. Orders will be attempted to be bundled to reduce these shipping costs and as such delivery times can be extended by a few days, although orders will always be placed within a week of purchase.
Sportmaster is our supplier of all equipment in CBS Sport Webshop (all products in the category ‘Merchandise’). Therefore, the delivery date is dependent on Sportmaster having the item in stock. In the unlikely event of out of stock, delivery times will be correspondingly. The expected delivery date for a specific order can be provided upon request.
If the purchased product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must make your claim within a reasonable timeframe. Given that CBS Sport will have to pass on the claim to the supplier, it is extremely important that the claim is made soon as possible, so CBS Sport’s own claim is not rejected due to a delay.
Payment on www.cbssport.dk happens through a secure server (SSL) at PBS. CBS Sport accepts Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and JCB. PayPal and MobilePay are also accepted. The information provided is encrypted so the customer and CBS Sport are the only parties being able to read the information. CBS Sport has at no point access to the customers’ account information.
Be advised that CBS Sport does not uphold the standard 14-day escape clause in case of regretted purchases. All apparel is generally delivered with a printed CBS Sport logo, which makes the piece custom-made and therefore non-returnable. Hence there is no 14-day escape clause. The paid amount is refunded only in certain cases and after contact to CBS Sports administration at administration@cbssport.dk.
CBS Sport does not take more responsibility than CBS Sport is obliged to take according to Danish law.
