The venue had been prepped and prepared with the help of the great Hafnia Hallen staff, along with the CBS Sport board and management team, and included two heated tents, a bar, ping-pong and fuss ball tables, to ensure and fun and engaging lounge area. The venue also provided a great frame for the football and beach volleyball tournaments, as well as the CBS Mercury cross fit session!

The lounge area also had the pleasure of being supplied by great beats from DJ Jonathan V. (JV Music), who you can also experience at Nexus Friday between 19:45 and 22:00 on March 1st, 2024! Nexus also provided a 75 DKK giftcard for the prize goodiebags, which was a great addition to the event!

A special thanks needs to be given to our Sponsor Boligmatch, who participated with a competition to win a 500 DKK IKEA Gift card, and great flyers, showing how they can help our members buy and sell their properties! In April, week 14, we will join together with Boligmatch again, to a special talk about being a first time buyer, here at Solbjerg Plads. Finally, we had the privilege to be helped out by volunteers from our own sports organisations CBS Sport Volleyball and  CBS Sport Football, which was critical in the execution of the event!
