CBS Sport General Assembly 2024

As per the bylaws of CBS Sport, it is time to hold the Annual General Assembly, where the leadership of the club, through the board, is elected and the finances and status of the club is reviewed.

The GA will be taking place at CBS Solbjerg Plads in the Kunde & Co lecture hall (previously Velux) SPS19, at 17.30 

As per the bylaws, here is the agenda for the GA 

The Agenda:

– Election of a Chairperson and keeper of the minutes
– Report from the board for the previous year (2023)
– Review and approval of the financial report for the previous year – (2023)
– Review of the budget for the current year (2024)
– Handling of incoming proposals
– Review of Articles of Association
– Election of the Board (board members, casher and vice chairman)
– Election of members of the Sport Committee
– Election of accountant
– Any other business

Any incoming proposals will be published 2 weeks before the GA

All participants who are a member of CBS Sport (as a player or volunteer) are welcome, and will be provided with food and drinks. If you are interested in joining the board, but is not a member, you are also welcome to join. If this is the case please reach out to us via e-mail on administration@cbssport.dk

19.00: Food and Drinks at Nexus which is opened for CBS Sport

22.00: Nexus Friday?

As stated, the board has a few places up for re-election, namely
– Board members x 3 (1 year election)
– Cashier (2 year election)
– Vice Chairman (2 year election)

Thus we highly encourage you all to consider joining the board, as we feel like it is time to pass on the leadership to others, especially active students.
